Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Tavrixo lighting. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us through our Contact Us page. Please do not send items back without first receiving return instructions from us.
Once your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions on where and how to return your item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We may request photos or other information to help us resolve the issue.
Return Shipping
If you're returning an item because you changed your mind or no longer want it, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Tavrixo will cover the applicable return or replacement costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, installed, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for return.
Gift cards and final-sale items, if offered, are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
